Synchronous Condenser Conversion of a Turbo generator

SIGRAMA is able to implement the instrumentation, control, mechanical and electrical modifications needed to allow the electrical connection of the Synchronous Generator of the Unit to the Electrical System and its operation as a Synchronous Condenser. That is, leaving it electronically interconnected and turning in free mode, unloaded, mechanically decoupled from the prime mover group, in this case the gas turbine. The modifications SIGRAMA offers, if the customer wishes, is that the system continues to work as a turbo generator and produce power (MW) when needed.
